At Kay Transport we have a major investment in our IT infrastructure.
We use the MANPACK3 Database system from Mandata Data Systems, along with the dedicated PALLETWAYS SIRIUS system to provide on-line job booking / tracking. This system runs across our own private network / VPN across all three depots.
After delivery, all POD notes are electronically scanned and archived. Access to this archive will soon be available via the Internet. Regular customers of Kay Transport will soon be able to obtain electronic image copies of POD notes by visiting this web site. This access will be controlled by password, and will be available to all major account customers.
